Ready-to-Move homes designed and built for First Nations communities — faster, higher quality, and delivered right to your reserve.
Ready-to-Move homes are built off-site in a controlled environment, then delivered and set on your prepared foundation. Weather-independent construction means faster timelines — and better quality control than on-site builds.
Every RTM home can be tailored to your community's taste — from stone cladding and vinyl siding to engineered wood, in any elevation. Here are a few of our current design renderings.
Our stucco wall system is built around closed-cell spray foam and a continuous layer of exterior rigid foam — delivering an envelope that outperforms standard stick-frame homes by a wide margin. Lower heating bills, fewer cold spots, and a home that holds its temperature through a prairie winter.
Closed-cell spray foam carries an R-value of roughly R-6 to R-7 per inch — nearly double standard fiberglass batts at R-3.2 per inch. It expands into every stud bay, seam, and penetration, eliminating the air leaks that quietly bleed heat all winter. The result is a tighter envelope, better moisture control, and noticeably quieter rooms.
Our stucco assembly layers rigid foam insulation over the sheathing before the acrylic stucco finish is applied. That continuous foam blanket wraps the entire home — breaking the thermal bridges that travel through wood studs and pushing the whole-wall R-value from a typical R-20 up to R-32 or higher. The stucco skin itself is tough, weather-tight, and low maintenance.
